When we returned from recess today we were in for quite a surprise...a minature campsite had been set up in our classroom! We decided there was only one explanation for this...it had to be The Littles! Who are The Littles you ask?
The Littles is a chapter book series about tiny, six-inch people who live inside the walls of people's houses. They have all sorts of adventures. I read these books when I was in first grade and I am always excited to see how much the kids enjoy them. Books become even more enjoyable when they come to life so I'm very glad to see that The Littles want to have an adventure in our classroom. :)
